All services are subject to written estimates, agreements, contracts, approvals, and scheduling availability.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are preliminary and non-binding until accepted in writing.

Pricing may change due to:

Material price increases
Hidden or unforeseen damage
Permit requirements
Insurance scope adjustments
Customer-requested modifications
Structural issues
Code compliance requirements

Additional work outside the original scope may require written change orders.

3. Insurance Claims

Red Phoenix Roofing & Construction may assist homeowners and business owners with insurance claim documentation and project coordination; however:

We are not public adjusters
We do not negotiate insurance claims on behalf of customers unless legally authorized
Claim approval decisions are made solely by the insurance carrier
Customers remain responsible for deductibles and any non-covered costs

4. Payments

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined within each project agreement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

Delayed scheduling
Suspension of work
Interest charges where permitted by law
Collection activity
Legal remedies

Customer agrees to pay all approved project costs and applicable taxes.

5. Scheduling & Delays

Project schedules are estimates only and may be impacted by:

Weather conditions
Material shortages
Labor availability
Permit approvals
Inspection delays
Acts of God
Supply chain disruptions

Red Phoenix Roofing & Construction is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

6. Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are governed solely by manufacturer terms and conditions.

Any workmanship warranty provided by Red Phoenix Roofing & Construction will be outlined separately in writing.

Warranty coverage may be voided by:

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper maintenance
Structural movement
Natural disasters
Neglect or abuse
Work performed by third parties

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to systems
