    You cannot ask for better than Red Phoenix!! Eric and his team made what is usually a massive pain so easy that I was waiting for the other shoe to fall. It never did!! They explained every single step so clearly, made sure we were comfortable with what they would do, and their work is FLAWLESS. And to top it off, they made sure we understood insurance jargon to clear any doubts we had with dealing with them. On top of the amazing work they did on the roof, they also helped trim a tree that was wildly close to our house. If you want peace of mind, you want Red Phoenix.

    Eric and his team at Red Phoenix get an A+ on installing my new roof. First and foremost, everything was done exactly to the letter—when and how they told me it would be. They made the entire process extremely easy by explaining every detail and coordinating everything with my insurance company. With very little notice, Brandon Hankins even gave up part of his weekend to meet my insurance adjuster when requested. Throughout the entire process, Eric constantly communicated and kept me very well informed; and the hard-working crew did a great job on my roof. I am so appreciative to find responsible people who actually do exactly what they tell you they will in a professional, timely manner; that in itself is a TRUE FIND these days!
